I had ordered from the seller's website twice and have not received the products I have bought, despite the listed processing times on her site listing no more than 12 days to arrive, yet it has been 25 and I have only received an "order confirmation" and no additional details regarding when it will be shipped. I have tried contacting her on both of her Instagram accounts (@charmedbydasie & @cbydcustomercare), as well as emailing the listed email address for her site, yet have not gotten a single response. I had even commented on one of her most recent posts regarding when my order would be shipper. The comment stayed up for around 5 minutes before she deleted.

I ordered from this girl last year August 23rd. In her website she claimed any preorders took 4-8 weeks to ship. I emailed her multiple times and got told twice that I’d receive my order in 2 weeks. Now she’s stopped responding to emails. She posts on her social media about packing new orders all the time. She posted last year about sending refunds back before the year ends and still has not. I’ve contacted multiple times and I’ve received nothing. I’ve seen multiple other people come out and speak about it and still haven’t received anything either. I have screenshots and emails and proof if needed.
