Here's a simple outline to guide you through my experience.

1. I moved

2. I notified Spectrum and they reset my router to my new address. Simple.

3. I get charged for new equipment.

4. I make a payment of $200 before doing a double take on the billing statement.

5. I call to inquire about the issue and they give me a run around.

6. I filed a complaint with BBB.

7. Call and they find out they never sent me equipment and were in fact charging me. Supervisor updates my account and removes fees. She says she will refund me $151. My bill is only $49 and I paid $200.

8. New supervisor called me on 7/11 to tell me the refund of $151 to my credit card had been completed and a credit of $30 was added to my account along with an apology.

9. I check my cc account and don't see $151.

10. Call back today and the new supervisor tells me that the refund for $151 was denied.

11. I filed another complaint with BBB.

I am demanding my refund of $151 that does not belong to you and request to close my account immediately. I will find another provider.
