Scammer called representing Spectrum with a promotional offer, reducing my monthly charge for cable and internet. He provided a name and extension number, plus a phone number for the billing department. He had all the information that is on my Spectrum bill.

I contacted Spectrum to find that they do not solicit on the phone, they do not have extension numbers and they have no billing department phone number.
