The scammer text messaged me as a free chase message that someone was trying to wire different amounts of money from my account I need to press N for NO if I did not authorize this wire. Then the person called me from a chase phone number claiming they were the chase Fraud Department and that someone was trying to wire money from the Savings account. They assured me that they were going to do everything they could to stop these wire transfers. In the meantime they continues sending several free chase alerts notifying me that someone was trying to wire my money from my account. They knew my name, my phone number and the amount of money in my accounts before I read any codes or gave them any additional information. By the time I realized I was being scammed, they had taken 15,178.19 of my money. Hung up on me, and the phone was instantly out of service when I tried to call it back. I immediately hung up called chase customer service and told them PLEASE STOP THIS TRANSACTION. They didn't take me seriously, and have DONE NOTHING since January 4th to help me get my money back. My money was wired to an Aaron Briggs at Wells Fargo at a Florida Branch. A domestic wire and Chase has done nothing, What can I do? How can I get my money back? I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant this is money my husband and I have been saving for our child.
