The person said they were taking me to court because i was being sued for intent to defraud a financial institution-on Payday loan from 5-8 years ago. He said i should have received letters from collections i told him i had not. He went on to patronize me. When i asked for paperwork he said i would see it when i went to court. He would not send me any. He asked how much i could pay i said 50. And he said that was not good enough they wanted at least half of the 4000. I told him i am struggle as it is and that is all i can affird and at least i'm trying. He said it was on my credit report as being in collections which is false because it isn't. I eventually disconnected the call.
