Called stating that someone had got ahold of family member ssn from New Mexico. Then proceeded to ask questions about if family member lives alone and tried to get both family member and spouse on the ohone at the same time. Proceeded to ask if full name, DOB and ssn was correct. I stopped the inappropriate questioning but it sounds like they may have got this PII information from a data spillage or dark web. They gave names of Paul Lawrence and lady with the last name martinez. They said they were from card services and never did clearly identify their company. They were letting the caller believe they were from Chase card services but again did not clearly state who they were with even after repated questioning.
