Phone call by unknown number. Once picked up, silent for several seconds. A woman's voice is heard asking "Hello, can you hear me? Can you hear me?" and when I said "Yes", a recording of Chase credit card bank notification about late payment. I'm hearing that they will record your "Yes" to do malicious things like open accounts, make payments, and such by using your recording.

Had phone call where no one spoke but then someone said, "Can you hear me?" I automatically said, "Yes" but instantly realized it was a scam and hung up.
