My experience with law firms has not been very good. Here's

the last one: 'Unfortunately, after review of your matter, this is not a claim

we will be able to assist you with. This does not mean your claim lacks merit,

simply, due to our current volume, we would not be able to provide the

assistance you need'. That's just insulting.

I asked Chase credit card. one simple question. almost 4

months in that question has never been answered Meanwhile, they ruined my

credit rating because I refused to pay until I got an explanation, gave me

mental problems. and just flat out lied about the reason. I doubt that you can

help me legally. but if you can spread the word on these crooks, I would be

most appreciative. 'How can a “previous balance” appear in a statement when I'm

on auto pay for the full amount each month'? The Corp has not answered that

question in 4 months.

Fraud- Crediting my account $51.34 on both the June and the

July statements. Odds of that happening-about a million to one. The July

statement should have been a $46.47 charge. Thus the “previous balance”. They

then altered the subsequent statements knowingly. When they finally attempted

an answer, they said it was an Amazon credit. That was just a flat out lie. The

Amazon credit had been charged and credited in the July statement.

Defamation- The Corp reported me as a delinquent account,

dropping my FICO score from 805 to 669. I refused to pay them until they answer

that simple question. They could have filed the report with the additional

information that my account was under dispute and being contested.

Elder Abuse-During this time, I have suffered anxiety

attacks. depression. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,

Paul Majors

I received a email on 10/19/2023 stating to call about “my”credit card application that I never applied for. I called Chase bank to verify if letters were going out to applicants for credit. The fraud department verified that there was a credit application. They proceeded to lock down this application.

Fortunately, I had called immediately and there was not any charges since it was only a application.

I received a phone call stating that my online acct was compromised. I spent 23 mins on the call with back and forth with emails to reset my online password along with freezing my account and sending out a new debit card that was said to be expedited to me by specifically said day! After a week of not receiving a debit card. On top of getting emailed that charges went through which eventually put my acct in the negative, I called. Only to be informed my acct was not froze, there was no record of a new debit card being sent as well as no record of the phone call I received. In fact I was told that ***** Never calls customers for Any circumstance! Phone call after phone call of being transferred, disconnected, hung up on, and flat out told I was scammed, I have been able to piece enough information of 1 of the fraudulent charges stated on initial phone call. (which I had to research my phone records and emails myself, ***** representatives in the customer service, technical support, billing and the electronic money movement team were Not able to find during several calls, Finally found 1 charge of $355.00 that was attempted through Zelle. There was another charge of the same amount $355.00 that I was told on the initial call was spent at a Game Stop in said state. No one is able to find said call that is "recorded". I have reached out to every possible department, Online emailed phising.com, phone, as well as a branch location. No one will help me or respond to any voicemail, email or written letter that have been sent. I am highly concerned with the security of not only my personal sensitive information but what ever money I have entrusted with *** ****** ***** bank. I have sent my records of the Time, Date, Length and Phone Number that I Received the call from my phone records. I still have not been called back or seen to resolve this issue.
