There was a rental listing on Facebook marketplace for a duplex a available for rent at address 2005 Floyd Avenue. Corresponding with the potentail landlord he kept asking for more and more money and at the time it seemed legitimate but on the day of the viewing he was a noshow and asked for the rent in full BEFORE we signed any lease or even saw the inside of the duplex. We sent the money they requested theough Zelle.
