My father signed up for chat zone as a way to meet people. He authorized payment of $24.99, began a chat with a woman called Augusta who wanted to make plans to meet him. She/they refused to give phone number. He did eventually get a phone number from this individual and when we called got an “undeliverable” he checked his credit card this morning to find over $1000 of charges he did not authorize stemming from this website. We have began the process of disputing with his bank and closed the card.
