The email reads: "Hello, Welcome to an amazing client - ACD Direct! We are Nik-J and Akia of Chat10EZ LLC; we are working with Consuella Henson of Her Virtuous Works LLC and we are here to assist you with the onboarding and certification process of your enrollment. I am your point of contact for this pledge drive. Chat10EZ is partnered with Her Virtuous Works and KahlCenter to bring you this opportunity. When asked at anytime who your IBO is for this project, you should refer to Her Virtuous Works partnered with your IBO Chat10EZ. KahlCenter is the directing IBO in this project, meaning every IBO works under her company. Please make sure you add the following email addresses as a safe sender in your email program. This will prevent important emails from ending up in your spam or junk folders. In addition to mine you will add:• [email protected] • [email protected]
• [email protected] ? [email protected] You will need to have Internet Explorer 10 or higher to run our system programs. If you do not currently have IE10 or higher, please make sure to install or upgrade before your scheduled registration meeting.

PLEASE BE ON TIME and at your computer you plan to service from. You can expect to complete your registration on the ACD platform and your vocal demo. To have your resume handy, 3 professional references and it MUST show at least 6 months of virtual call center experience or at least 1 year of brick-and-mortar call center experience.

If for any reason you are unable to make it to either of the meetings, let me know ASAP so they can get you rescheduled. However time is of the essence with this project. Timely completion of your courses will get you live on calls quicker so that you can start earning revenue. Please report to me for anything regarding ACD. The biggest red flag is the fact that they want you to avoid communicating to the very company they supposedly are partnered with! I called ACD Direct right away and asked about working with a Chat10EZ. The agent at ACD Direct assured me that Chat10EZ is a scam and that he had never heard of that group before. I reported Chat10EZ as a fraudulent entity to both Handshake and LinkedIn. This group is preying on college students, using Handshake as tool to locate potential victims.
I personally contacted Hans Kahl, owner of Kahlcenter. Hans Kahl said has never heard of any company named Chat10EZ, and that name doesn't ring a bell. After doing more research I have discovered Chat10EZ registered in Minnesota as an LLC: Company Name: CHAT10EZ LLC Entity Type: MINNESOTA LIMITED-LIABILITY COMPANY (DOMESTIC)
