I was looking for tech support and found a number thru the web:1-800-478-7204: Chawla Technical. I signed up for a year of tech support for a fee. They cleaned my computer and it ran well. In early August I received a phone call that I was owed a refund of $199.99. . Stupid me, I went thru the computer to receive it. They "accidentally" deposited ten times that amount in my account, then wanted me to send them the difference, by purchasing gift cards and giving them the info. That I couldn't do, so finally I was given an address where I could send a check: Frederick Newton, 1980 US Rte 20, Seneca Falls, NY 13148. The "consultant" was Thomas Greth, id 1075. I was to call him as soon as I sent the check at 408-844-3075.(My phone records show he had called me from 408-844-3076.) Instead, I went to the bank and we changed all my accounts.

I don't want even my fee back for keeping my computer clean. I just want them stopped.
