This guy scammed us out of $500 for a broken red unit (similar to the one in the pic) But had already sold that good set to someone else. He had taken their old broken set as he picks them up rehabs them and sells again. When we went to see the shop, he informed us that he had the BROKEN SET and that it would be fixed and repaired and then delivered to us. I was relieved because we do live pretty far away (90 miles) I asked him if it didn't work would he fix it he said YES fix or replace for 14 days. I felt reassured about the purchase. He NEVER mentioned that the set would need to be returned. He only told me that 4 days after dropping the set off and it was still broken with the same issues, he told me the previous owners had but that it was an easy fix! It would not spin the clothes out, making crunching sounds and the dryer takes 3 cycles to dry. When I reached out expecting him to honor the verbal agreement, we had in the shop that he would fix or replace he referred me back to the FB add (for a set I didn't purchase) and told me "I will fix or replace it if you bring it back to me as my warranty states." I was stunned. Literally no words. I had explained that our truck was broken and that we didn't drive in the snow. I think he was banking on that fact as he was very quick to tell me that his warranty only covers it if I return it to him. By this point I realized he scammed me really bad. He took a broken set and flipped it with no repairs within 24 hrs. He hurt us financially as well because we have had to continue to drive over an hour to the. Nearest laundry matt to wash clothes. He is trying to play the victim and gaslit me into thinking I'm the problem when we asked him to fix the issues. He then wants to tell me he won't help us unless we remove the bad review first! He can't continue to scam people if those people victimized speak out. I refuse to be a victim of not only his scam business practices but of his verbal abuse after the fact.
