I brought a Visa gift card with $500 on there had $375 left on there they locked my card and will not give me a new card will not replace it and I've been calling for the last 2 months since I August 31st I've been calling I sent in all the information they wanted me to send bank statement bills front and back of driver's license so now they got all my information and won't give me my money back and I feel as though I've been scam cuz they keep telling me 48 hours 72 hours and still nothing than done I can't get to my doctor's appointment I got the heart problems and these people are killing me literally
