I clicked on the Alaska Airlines phone number on my Google search and was connected to a third party website. I asked the man multiple times if I was speaking to Alaska airlines and he said yes. They successfully canceled and rebooked my flight but added a 125$ fee without telling me. Upon calling back to cancel they tried to convince me that they were an overflow site for when Alaska was receiving high call volume which my Alaska representative confirmed was a lie.
