Today march 3rd 2023 I went on cheap air to book a flight back to Montreal canada from Ft Lauderdale airport to Toronto then to Montreal canada the price that they offered me was $147.96 so I gave all the information they needed including my name, credit card and then they asked me for my credit card number and then I gave it then I submitted all the information. Between 3/4 same afternoon they emailed me say the price I paid is not available and that I would have to pay $ 536.00 more. This is not fair they are playing with people’s money I paid in good faith in all my years of flying never had an airline tell me your plane ticket is not the right price. They are not doing a legal business they take your money for a flight then try to get more money please help me get my plane ticket that I paid for I have to get back the 13th of march for surgery please make them honour what they do thanks so much.
