I booked a two-day parking spot at Apex EWR Airport Parking through CheapAirportParking.org. However, upon arrival, the attendant at the counter refused to honor the rate I had reserved and demanded an additional $7 per day for an oversized vehicle (Honda Odyssey). This extra charge was not disclosed during the booking process. When I questioned the undisclosed fee, the attendant responded rudely, suggesting that I cancel my reservation and find parking elsewhere. This establishment is engaging in unethical business practices. Ultimately, I chose not to park there, which caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses as I had to secure parking elsewhere.
