I was confirmed a two-way flight with Reservation number for a discounted fare of $447.40 on 12/17/2017. then on 12/18/2017 I was notified by Cheapbestfares the rate went up to $798.14 which i said OK. I was leaving on 12/31/2017 for my trip. Then on 12/19 I received several calls from Cheapbestfares stating they could not get the quoted rate for me but for additional dollars they could book me on a flight that would take over 12 hours to get to Los Angeles California. I said no and stated I wanted a refund. I then went on the American airlines reservation site and could book the flight they said could not book for the same price. I then called Cheapbestfares and told them this and they stated they would issue a refund for the full price back on original payment. I have made several attempts to contact then and have received e-mail stating they will refund my money. After many calls of getting the same response "a supervisor will call you back in the next 3-4 hours." I have received no refund and no call back. Enclosed is a copy of the e-mail:
