Purchased barista supplies from www.cheapdritan.shop on 12/30/2023 using an Apple Card from Goldman Sachs, and immediately received what was probably an automatically-generated email titled "New Order Confirmation #217902" from "Support" ([email protected]). Then received email titled "Your Order Has Been Shipped! #217902" from same sender on 1/4/2024, with tracking number AM217228968CN, china-ems. I received a package with that tracking number today. Instead of it containing an espresso scale/timer and four cups and saucers, the package weighed less than a quarter of a pound and contained a cheap fake gold necklace worth approximately $1.00 if I'm being generous. Despite repeated emails to the "reply to" address [email protected], I have not received any correspondence. I looked up the Brooksville, FL address and discovered there is no 1486 Rivendell Drive. I then contacted the German company named Dritan Alsela, and they have had a lawyer attempt to remove the www.cheapdritan.shop which has stolen their logo and represented their merchandise for sale, but they have not been able to take down the website. The German company's legitimate website is at https://shop.dritan-alsela.com. I have email from them confirming that the www.cheapdritan.shop website is a fake and at least one other American besides me has contacted them asking for help in obtaining their purchase.
