Purchased a Playstation 5 and was told to pay vis PayPal and use the friends and family option to help speed the process as opposed to using the protected transaction that PayPal recommends. The funds $455 were sent to a gmail address [email protected]. I have multiple texts and emails from them stating my package (PS5) was being processed and being sent out. They use a shipping company called deltaexpressmailservice.com, which has zero affiliation to Delta airlines, yet on their site they are using the Delta airlines logo and feature a Delta airlines plane, leading people to believe that this is legitimate. Both of these companies are involved with each other, they have used the same domain naming service and are using the exact same IP address. The phone number they are using is a Google phone, so the next steps are going to be informing Google of this fraudulent activity, PayPal, Coinbase, and the other payment services they have on their site. Also following up with the name hosting service and reporting the fraud/scams that they are committing as well, and contacting Sony of North America, Nintendo of North America, and Microsoft and informing them of what is going on since cheapgamingstop.com is using their images and logos on their site. I have asked them repeatedly to just send me the product I ordered or give me a full refund and have not received any response. The next scam/complaint will be the shipping service that I had mentioned earlier deltaexpressmailservice.com. Since they are using Delta logo's and creating false invoices saying they are connected with the USPS this will be considered Trademark Infringement, fraud, etc etc. I've taken screenshots so there will be no dispute there either. Pretty simple, just send me what I ordered or give me a refund and they choose to go down this route.
