This company has a virtual office address out of Beverly Hills, CA. They are actually located in India. It seems to be operated only by two men. They continue to answer their phone and make return phone calls as any good scam artist should. I used them to purchase plane tickets to Fiji. I went on their website, almost completed their check out procedure and quit. I immediately got a phone call asking if they could help me to complete their checkout. That should have been my first clue. It was really weird. Seven months later when I checked in with my family of five at the airport, my airline told me the money had been refunded and we no longer had tickets. My family of five missed our supposed flight. Of course CheapO Fly apologized and here it is a month later and they have come up with every excuse in the book as to why they just can't pay me back.
