I found they had offer cheaper price air ticket so when I booked and give my credit card info they not send me any confirmation like 3/4 hours but after they keep sending email said can’t reach me plz call them back when I called they said there western name but accent ****** I am familiar ****** accent since I born and raised next to ****** country and I am working with ****** people. Anyway they told me this price is cheap and I am not allowed to carry and check in bags even not hand bag . I asked them are people travel without bag ? How you not allowed any bag and when I booked you never mention any such condition like this . I saw additional bags are chargeable but airlines usually allow at least 1 checking bag . Additional bag charge I can understand ok since my ticket is not confirmed and you not sending me any e-ticket or any kind of confirmation more than 20 hours plz cancel my reservation. Than they said no it’s confirmed you can not cancel and no refund but you can update to carry bags and they transfer another scammer with ****** accent he offer me upgrade and I have to pay 500 dollars more total $1100 where I see booking.com and Kayke offer $659 around. So actually they intimidate people not get refund and ************ so called updating. They are all ****** scammer don’t listen even they said can’t refund
