Called stating that they received information saying that I owed money to check smart in Ohio I never used check smart processed to call me a bum when I asked what the call was pertaining to asked me to pay 1,200 for a check smart system claim told me they are pressing charges charges and that if I don’t comply they will take it as a sign that I’m guilty of some absurd crime and I will be prosecuted and I will need to hire a lawyer they had the last four of my social security
