I signed up on line for a body health questionnaire and expected to receive a message with pertinent questions and then i was to send in a sample of my hair to get a full work up on what I might be allergic to. None of the above happened; when emailing them you get a cute little fake message that says they will help right away. The generic message is ALL you get. They have my name, DOB, bank account etc.
