They called me said I owe them over 700 dollars. They had all my information my name the bank I used. The last four digit of my checking acct. They said if did not pay they would send a someone to my house or place where I work with papers to sign. Then they wanted to settle on less then 500 dollars. Then said if not that pay 127.30 a month thru my bank. If not take me to court. I called check'n go to make sure I did not have a loan with them. They told no I did not have a loan. Then I new call was a scam
