I ordered a hoodie on line, got a “shipment” notification that as of yet (day 30) has not changed. Says “awaiting pick up from vendor”. I have reached out by email as they do not have a phone number listed, and their response is “Sorry- give us time. We look into it”. I have given them time, asked for a refund and their continue to respond with the same email. Now they are saying refunds can not be made and they are “look into it”

The description of the item was for an EMBROIDERED sweatshirt, black THREAD. That is not what I received. I received a sweatshirt that is much smaller than ordered with iron on vinyl not embroidery with thread. The placement of this vinyl was not centered. After further investigation this company used photos and reviews from a legit company as a description.

I ordered a custom embroidered sweatshirt and got a cheap long sleeve shirt more than a sweatshirt that was screen printed. I tried to email and file a complaint with the company but heard nothing back.

They are misrepresenting products. Saying their clothing is embroidered. It’s a cheap iron on. I have been going back and forth. They refuse to refund me. I asked for a return label and a refund. They keep trying to offer me a small discount. I keep telling them they sent me an item marketed clearly as embroidered. I started googling them. Many many other people are having same issue. I just want my money back and a return label. They want me to pay fir shipping. Why would I pay to send back an item tgey misrepresented?
