I saw this in an Instragram ad so I stupidly trusted that they had my best interest. This company Chellysun has been giving me the run around for weeks on where my item is. “We will push the post office to kindly send your items first. It is a busy season.” It’s pretty much the same response in every email. I’ve even asked for a refund but get the runaround of “don’t worry, you’re items will be there shortly.” The tracking number they gave me is a sham. They use DHL so not sure how they are creating fake tracking numbers. The reviews online are the same thing I’ve experienced. I’m just sad I didn’t check. I would have thought Instagram would know better. Now I’m out my hard earned money on a product I may never even get.
