In this role, you will be accountable for coordinating and managing the shipping and logistics functions for our customers, ensuring on time and cost effective delivery of products. Your duties will comprise of communicating with carriers and clients, preparing and examining shipping paperwork, monitoring shipments, and resolving any issues that may happen.
As a remote Shipping Forwarder, you will have the ability to operate from your own home, and we will provide you with the required tools to complete your chores effectively. You'll submit reports straight to the manager and will be expected to maintain regular communication with your staff and customers through e mail and phone.
