On December 5, 2021, I ordered two items at www.chendom.com for almost $100. I got my package yesterday, and I only received the keyboard, and I'm missing the cross that I also paid for. The company tried to backpedal this morning claiming that it's two shipments and they're lying. It was never two shipments and I was informed everything was in one package from the very beginning. In addition, the keyboard looks NOTHING like the photo, it has scratches on it, and the writing is EXTREMELY tiny and cheesy looking. I'm now finding out that the business is a scam and there's no contact phone number to get assistance with this matter, and they pose as different businesses Chendom, Ruby Plazas, Zolo Gifts, USA Crafters, Dai Phan, etc. My money went to someone named Dai Phan.
