Hello I was taken for a ride Cheng Sheng advertised animals such dogs different breeds, cats, monkeys etc. I have always and still do want a monkey as a pet. There was a monkey that would walk across the floor, climb on people it looked like a real monkey. My friend has little yorkies as a pet and there was of course one of those that would walk climb a step and more. When you order this product they tell you your order may take awhile do to being hand painted and the covid 19. All good I can wait because they looked like real animals. The order was not received by date, ok a little late no biggie as time passed I contact an email address the took for ever to answer when they did it was automatic answers. This went back and forth for a good 6 weeks. I complained about everything above well we got something in the mail grey bag couldn't figure out what it was. Once opened it was two stuffed animals one looks like a poodle and the other a very small monkey. I was so mad. Got back on my email streaming because we had emailed back and forth for weeks. Takes them 7 to 10 days for an answer/lie. They looked like some Dollar store buy. So needless to say not happy been taken for $53.98. Makes me sick....used my debt card and someone else's mailing address.
