The add came on as a pop up on facebook. The add looked identical to Kay Jewelers. They were showing a discount on rings/other jewelry. Through the whole ordering process it still appeared as Kay Jewelers. I ordered 2 rings. One looks was supposed to be Le Vian. When I looked up the transaction later, it was a Chinese company not Kay. It was Guizhou Zhushang Trading Co. Ltd. I received the 2 rings in a Kay Jewelers box. These rings look like they are from a gumball machine. When reported to paypal. They said I can get a rebate but have to mail them back to China. I can imagine the cost. Once received, i can get my return money. It is a total scam. I reported them to Kay Jewelers Legal Dept. too.

This company website looks like a discount Kay Jewelers site; it is unfortunately very convincing click bait. They advertise discounted jewelry that is white gold with diamonds, but they send cheap costume jewelry. When you try to cancel an order, they do not respond. Though they supposedly shipped from the US, the only return address is China. This makes a return cost more than the original purchase.
