I ordered a pop up bouquet to be sent to a friend. I thought it was strange when the transaction went through and I was not able to personalize a card to go with it. The shipping actually cost more than the card itself but I was trying to do a nice surprise so I went ahead with the purchase. After the order went through there was no tracking information given and my friend did not receive anything. I tried to contact the company and one email bounced back and then I received another email and I was advised that "we will contact the logistics company to check. pls wait with patience, thank u. Their email addresses were [email protected] and [email protected]

The fraud started with adds at Facebook, looks like it uses images from a legitimate site - FreshCutpaper- .

Cherishes.shop is changing daily the email address to contact them and after you pay for the purchase any form of contact with them disappears from the website.

Facebook ad for pop up cut flower cards. Ordering process seemed normal. Then I tried to follow up after 3 weeks and was told it was on its way. Followed up several other times. No delivery yet at almost 8 weeks.

Via Facebook on 2/23/23, I orderer 12 cut paper flower cards and paid with my credit card. It was charged on my credit card immediately. The order read that I should expect delivery within 20 business days-to no avail. Emails given for follow-up were always gmails which either bounced when I tried to contact them ([email protected]; [email protected]), or one ([email protected]) responded 4/9/23 (through christopherolwen5269@gmail) saying that my order's status would be updated.

Sent multiole emails and scammer did not reply until the order was disputed with the bank. All information on site looks like it was copied from another site. I got spammed after I ordered and all the other fake websites being ran by them posted on my facebook page.
