This business owner trained me to do the services she provides by hosting a training that I paid for. I am my own entity and in no way associated with her. A client reached out to her and paid her directly for a service she could not provide due to being in a different state at the time and reached out to me asking if I would be interested in a potential client. I said yes and got the client in, this business owner never paid me like she said she would, charged the client for services not provided to her by that business as well as different pricing to what I charge, informed the client I was her tech and is refusing to respond to my messages.
