The name of the grant is Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Program, supposedly talked about on CNN. Cherry W******* was the name given for contact. The phone number is ###-###-####. Text messages are the source of contact. You are asked to send gift cards in order to pay taxes on the money. Then, more and more...The lies says that Federal Express will deliver to you.
