Spoke to Cheryl and she provided a written agreement for sale of pup. When I asked how to pay she said Zelle. When Iasked what number or email to use for payment through zelle she gave me and student email account out of Michigan with the owner name of Claude. When I asked who Claude was she said it was a sister-in-law and she lived with her. I had to tell the story to my bank for them to release funds because they also flagged it as fraud. I paid the $620 which included shipping. Once paid she sent video showing the pup being checked in at the airlines. Then sent me an email requesting additional funds for a different crate and additional vaccines. When I denied and asked for a refund she blocked me on Facebook. She has not refunded payment and has also never called as requested to discuss this matter. We have not received a puppy per our agreement.
