In January I located an ad for a health services from Chesterfield Health and Wellness on Facebook. The ad offered a package valued at over $300 for only $37. I went to their website and ordered the services but since that order I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the business. The phone number that I received was to another business and I have no address for Chesterfield Health and Wellness. I have been unable to schedule an appointment or get anyone to respond to my messages through Facebook either.
