Found a the mentioned website in regards to purchasing a Rottweiler puppy, the seller stated we could use an American Express gift card for payment, which was provided. According to the contract, if the puppy was not delivered within 24 hrs a full refund would be provided. My husband contacted the seller because we had received notification for the transportation company that they required another $1000, but would be reimbursed. Not quite sure what the extra was for, it commented on a shipping crate. Still unsure as to what it was actually for. After contacting the seller, my husband was told to be patient and that he was trying to figure something out. This was another red flag, if he was reputable, then none of this would have happened. I am not sure what this report will do, but I hope it does not fall on deaf ears. The day this happened was my husbands birthday and I would not like to see anyone else experience this situation. I have uploaded a copy of the contract that was sent to us.
