I have tried since January 27 to get a return label for 2 items that I purchased online that I want to return. They ask for pictures of the bags the items came in. Pictures of the clothes I want to return. The reason for the return, etc. I've complied. Today's email response said, "After checking with quality control department, the item is our best selling style, and we make sure it is the same style as model. For online shopping, there must be the size or display problem, but strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style~". I want my money back! They're playing games. The pants were $45.60 and the coat was $42.35.

I came across an instagram account selling clothing. After purchasing, I received random items that were random and absolutely horrible (ex: burlap sack material). These items were such poor quality that I would not want them if they were free. The return process was a nightmare. They asked for photos of me in the clothing at one point. I could not get them to issue a refund without getting the same automated-sounding emails in broken English. I finally involved PayPal and my back as I had purchased via PayPal. I exchanged emails with the retailer, my bank and PayPal for 8 months before getting a return. What is worse is that I see them EVERYWHERE now with different company names. These people are smart, computer savvy and absolutely are scammers. This is the language they use.

We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not quite pleased with the items you received. However, please make sure items in new condition.

Simply drop us an email or note before return/exchange, we will try our best to meet your request.

What’s chicindress’s Return/Exchange Policy?

Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal. Swimwear, underwear will not returned for safety concern.

Return shipping fees are at customer's own expense.

We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.

We do not accept packages returned using COD service.

Don't return the package to the shipping address on shipping label, we cannot receive the package. If so, we cann't make any refund.

Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in our country.

Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.

Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.
