Ordered clothes. Received clothes. They didn't work out. Poor fit. Weird. Sent the clothes back. Many emails exchanged. Have yet to see a refund of money. Do not order from this company! I'm out $90

I ordered about $100 worth of clothes. I did receive them finally, but the quality is so poor. Each piece seems to have a large amount of loose threads and very flimsy. I had been emailing with them, even taking photos for them. They were stalling and I knew it. They finally agreed to accept the return if I paid for shipping. I agreed! When it came time for them to give me return instructions with an address, they’ve gone silent and are no longer returning any messages.

What can I do to get my money back, and how do we stop shams like this?

This company says you have 2 weeks for returns. They do respond to emails but will never give you a return address. They have a 2 week return policy. But I can get no return email before the time runs out. Selling cheap clothing. Sizing is off too.

later still.no response. They have my $$ and I have poorly made clothes. What is my next step?

Ordered from Chicmara and did receive my order. It did take about 2 months. The quality of the clothing is poor. The material is very thin and flimsy. The clothes are close to see through. They are 100% cotton and that was why I was attracted to them in the first place. Iwould not recommend buying these clothes.

I purchased products from chicmara on April 9, 2021. Today, April 20, 2021 I get a call from my bank that purchases have been made out of Peru. I have yet to see anything I purchased. They gave me a tracking number, but as of today the package hasn't even been sent to UPS. I'd advise people not to order from chicmara unless they want to be ripped off.
