Complaint:

There are 4 fraudulent charges on my credit card from your site shipping to an unknown address. I received emails from [email protected] and [email protected] with order confirmation for purchases that appear on my card that I did not authorize. The confirmation numbers are order no.# 01014034907, order no.# 01014034943, and order no.# 01014034833. I did not receive a 4th order number. How do I delete my card information from your site/system (it does not show any saved payment info in my account online) and how do I close my account?

All of the sizes are listed incorrectly and the return policy is ******** . You have to pay for tracking and to return the item, as a pre requisite to exchanging for another size. Then, after you pay and send item back NOTHING HAPPENS unless you follow up and ask. Then, back to back two orders, I was told that the size I wanted was not in stock and so I was then assed out of the value of the original item purchased, plus the mailing cost and have no items. The customer service is the worst ever and it's as if they don't even bother to read anything you write. I have another $85 that has been sitting in China in the packing facility two weeks without any movement. Makes no sense as orders come from China and returns get sent to CA. THIS IS A SCAMMMMMMMMMM WEBSITE

I placed an order on Facebook from a business called ChicMe. I finally received the items but they were not as advertised. Very cheaply made and I’ll fitting. Their advertisement stated “customer satisfaction or no hassle returns”. It took a lot of searching just to find a way to contact them for the return. You were required to submit a ticket to which they would respond to within 24 hours per their website. I never received a reply so I continued searching for a way to contact them After several try’s I was finally found an email address. I told them I wanted to return the items for a refund and received a response back saying they would refund 10% and me keep the items. I refused so they offered 30% and me keep the items. I told them I wanted a full refund and I would pay shipping to return to them. They provided a Fontana, CA address for the return. I shipped the items in a flat rate shipping box from the post office with tracking information. They received them 5/1/23. I emailed them the confirmation that they had received them and received a reply from them “sorry without the weight of your package we can’t arrange a refund”. Now I’m out the amount paid for the garbage they sent me plus $17.10 In Shipping fees.

I placed a clothing order April 8, 2023 and it is now 5/2/2023. After they took payment, I found out they are overseas and my order has been in process at a warehouse this entire time. The latest excuse is they have to sterilize the stuff and shipping could take up to another 15 business days. Furthermore, there is no cancellation or refund button readily available. This site seems very fraudulent and I am disappointed.

I asked for a refund and they said we can give you 20% back which was 11 and change, then I also told them I would like to return for smaller sizes send me labels, they still have yet to do so ! Gonna tell me to keep the clothes I can’t fit . I spent 105 on the items and they offer me 11 dollars wow poor customer service as well I’m mad

After numerous advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, I fell victim to the scam that is Chic Me. The advertisements and website shows beautiful, high quality clothing. After receiving the three pieces of clothing, the look nothing like the picture or description online. The material was extremely poor quality, see through and easily torn. When attempting to return, the customer service made multiple attempts to refund me or discount me a small percentage of the clothing and for me to keep the clothing. Being that I did not want what they sent, instead my full refund I insisted on a return. After spending $16.95 at USPS on a priority mail medium flat rate box and sending customer service both shipping receipts and delivery confirmation. I am still being denied a refund due to there not being a weight on my flat rate box shipping receipt from USPS.

I spent $74.13 on garbage that was advertised as high quality, beautiful garments and now I am being denied a refund even though I followed their return instructions exactly. This company is a scam.
