Ad on Facebook that said it was Chico's (a clothing store) Everything said Chico's until I received the confirmation email and then it had the true email and website. I contacted credit card co and I cannot cancel order until it is no longer pending. I canceled my credit card and requested new one.

The claim was that Chico's was going out of business and that these items were left over inventory.
