I ordered two items. They were so inexpensive, I should have known better. When I didn't hear anything concerning the shipping date I emailed [email protected], and of course the email bounced back.

On July 29th 2023 I clicked on a Facebook ad for Chico's online store. Deal 11 items for $70, free shipping. Tried a Visa CC and it wouldn't work so I tried a MasterCard, same issue. Received a text from MasterCard asking if I attempted the purchase. I said yes. The purchase was authorized on my second attempt. I also received a similar text from Visa.

I did receive confirmation of the order via my email. I have checked back on the site to see the status of shipment. The site shows it's processing. Site info states US will be shipped in 7 to 15 days of purchase. Today being day 15 I checked the status again. Still says processing.

I then sent an email to the Contact us: [email protected]. Email came back as un.

I clicked on an Instagram ad for Chico's online store and ordered seven (7) items from what appeared to be the same Chico's website I was familiar with. Paid with credit card and gave contact information for shipping: name, address, credit card number and email address. I subsequently received a confirmation email of my order. However, when I tried to check the status of my order, it appears that the order number I had was not issued by Chico's -- not even the same number of digits. At the bottom of the form was:

“Any question? Feel free to contact us.
We will do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience, if you have any questions or feedback, please contact [email protected]”

I clicked on a Facebook ad for Chico's online store and ordered 4 items from what appeared to be the same Chico's website I was familiar with. Paid with credit card and gave contact information for shipping: named, address, credit card number. email address. When I did not receive the clothes I ordered, I checked my email and I found no confirmation email, which they promised on the order confirmation that appeared when I completed the order. I went on the Chico's website and discovered that the order number I had was not issued by Chico's -- not even the same number of digits. At the bottom of the form was: " Need help? Contact us: [email protected]. @ (copyright) 2023 Chico's online shop. All Rights Reserved."
