Kann man nicht eine Sammelklage einreichen. Irgendwas muss es doch geben. Kann doch nicht sein, dass diese Firma soviele Menschen betrügt und ungeschadet davon kommt. Habe selber 120,- bezahlt, ohne dass ich die Ware bekommen habe.

I ordered 4 things. Two items were gifts. When my order arrived, the size was not what I hade expected. I wanted to send it back and be refunded. I wrote the company with absolutely not response. I am stuck with 2 items. One was for a friend who wears a larger size. The arms may have fir her, but the body of the sweatshirt was 4 sizes smaller. The other item is not the color I expected. Horrible communication, NO customer service. I would not order anything from them again.

It's took 3 months for the products to arrive, I am not new at ordering online so I order 2 sizes up. And nothing fit. I promptly return all items. 2 months into this I've been back-and-forth on receiving a refund. ! They want to give me a partial refund which was even less then a cost me the ship the items back. Does anybody have a business ID number I really would like to report them

In all likelihood it’s in Hong Kong. I ordered over $200.00 worth of clothing from a place called Annie’s cloths. It took 3 months to get everything and it was all to small. When I tried to return it, I was told I couldn’t because it was past the return date. Which was before I received anything. Another place to watch out for is Kami Wigs. After 2 months of fighting to get my order I finally got a wig. But not my wig. It’s disgusting that we are being scammed and the BBB can’t help us.

Im a first time customer of Chicshes and I placed an order of two dresses on April 29, 2020. It is now june! I've tried over and over again to contact this horrible company... No email returns. No other contact info. They're the worse, a SCAM and CON ARTIST! Legal accountability needs to be taken against this kind of company. HORRIBLE.

Chicshes is a scam. I received product that looked nothing like the picture and was smaller than normal. The product arrived 2 months after I ordered AND after I had emailed requesting to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling and responding to my order, they shipped it the next day and Then responded saying it was already shipped. When I requested return information, I received emails from different representatives who did not resolve the problem and would not give me a phone number to call or send me return information. Instead, they kept asking what is wrong with the product. This happened over and over again and then finally I get an email saying that I need to reconsider returning because of the high cost of shipping and I need to keep the product and give to someone as a gift. First, the product is not suitable for me to give to a homeless person- it is crap quality. Second, I asked for return information 5 times and they STILL have not sent it. Chicshes is a SCAM and needs to reconsider their business practices, especially customer service.

This company sucks! Ordered in January and I still cannot get my items. They say they are not made anymore but still show up for sale on their website. Will not give a refund but does offer a voucher for other items. Then you can’t even get the voucher from them to use. Buyer beware! I just wish my husband had read reviews before buying from them the first time!
