I do not know why this company is trying to take out of my account.. I may have ordered clothes from them in the past but at the end of the day they are just now trying to take money out of my account and I haven't ordered anything in a long time...so I don't know what's going on ...why these people are trying to take money out of my account but I put my account on lock.

I had ordered 2 items from them using my card and it went through but it never sent me a confirmation on when the items would be shipped out and they said that it would take 5-7 days and when I sent them an email they said that there was never a transaction.I hope that these people get got in the meantime it was horrible what they are doing to people and getting away with it

I had ordered 2 items from them using my card and it said the items went through on my card and it said that the items would be here in 5-7 days never came and there was no confirmation of when it would be shipped to me

I purchased what they said was a linen dress and I received it today and it is made out of a synthetic fabric - disgusted. [email protected]
There is no information about sending it back either! It's fraudulent to say it is linen and receive it and it is synthetic!

CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, MOSTATA.com (clothing company) is a complete scam. It took 7+ weeks and several emails to get my order. I have attached a copy of several emails that I sent which went unanswered. When I received the dress, it is not even remotely close to the item I ordered. The dress is a see through, lightweight scarf fabric with the design printed on (not embroidered like website says) that looks NOTHING like the photo. It is so flimsy and see through that it is unwearable. The dress I ordered from MOSTATA.com is: (https://mostata.com/collections/casual-dresses/products/2019-fashion-half-sleev...⇄ I have been investigating reviews of this fraudulent company and have found plenty of people who have had a similar experience. I emailed them repeatedly that I want a refund, but no answer. There is no address to return item to, no receipt, no phone number or contact information on website there than an email address that no one responds to. I have requested a refund and will be filing a report with ScamPulse.com and FTC. Can PayPal help get me a refund? You should definitely block this company from being paid through PayPal.

CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED appears to be a fraudulent company offering clothing at discounted prices. They never ship / send any purchases, 2-3 weeks after you order you will get a email stating there is a delay in processing your order, order will take an additional 2-3 weeks; however your credit card is charged on the day of your order.

Through internet searches these people have been traced back to China. They have built a relationship with PayPal, who has not yet shut their access down.

Do not purchase anything from Just Fashion Now. It is a scam.
