I ordered a pair of shoes and a blouse from Zolucky.com. The shoes were not the size I ordered. I wanted to return them. The package I received them in was in the US. The address was a fake, though. The only contact was through the website. The person I was texting with said I had to send the package back to China or if I didn’t want to pay those charges, Zolucky would give me 5% of what I paid for the shoes. I said the package was sent from the US. There was no further response.I also paid almost $12.00 in shipping and handling charges. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to find out that Zolucky is owned by ChicVGroup -NAOOCY. comGRB ( Great Britain). My credit card can’t collect from any company outside the US. My advise is that if you’re dealing with online company for the first time, check their phone number and look their address up on Google maps!
