Person, (Faith Peter) advertises on Facebook, that they are selling puppies, but may be lying about living in Lakeland FL. After a requirement of $100.00 deposit owner messaged that they will deliver puppy. I live within 15 miles of their stated city, and said they would deliver. When stated they were on the way, messaged to me I must purchase a carrier for $115.00. I thought was a bit excessive for a 30 minute drive, could they purchase a less costly carrier.
