The site came up on OfferUp and I purchased a 69.99 automatic kitty litter. I was charged 80, and the product was supposedly delivered. The address it was delivered to was in Houston, I live in Terrell. I tried to call and email the company. Both are fake. I then sent a letter to the address on the website. The letter has not been answered. I think it’s a fake company and website!

Site came up as advertisement on offer up. It was an ad for cat shelving. So I went to it and ordered the item for $56.99. Free shipping. When I tried to hit pay3 times it didn't do anything. Then i received a confirmation email from PayPal. It said I would be charged w$56.99 when the company confirmed the order. 10 days later I had a charge for $65. So I tried to call PayPal. Anyone who has dealt with PayPal knows that's a joke...then add jn covid and it's an even funnier joke. I then emailed the email provided for the company. Nothing. The number didn't work.

Go into their refund page, and it says to log into My LEMONROMANCE acct.

Uhh....wtf is lemonromance.

Google lemonromance. You'll get more answers there.

This is a 100% fraudulent company. My bank is investigating it.

It's been 2 months. Nothing.

Ordered a pet item from this individual and waited the 15 days plus for shipping during Covid-19...over 21 days and still nothing from them. I sent an email and got no response, then sent a second, and still no response. I then called the phone number, which turned out to be bogus too. My initial purchase was $84.26, but at one point an additional amount was taken from my account, bringing the total to $96.00. Additionally, none of the links for anything on this site are functional. Another company, Lenmoromance, is named in their refund policy, but none of the links work on their sites either.
