Ordered Pikachu hoodie 1-8-24. On 1-9-24 received email that package shipped and tracking information. Checked tracking and noticed item coming from China. I inquired about my package and response came from Premier Trust Store. They stated tracking information takes 1-3 business days but package was in transit. I then started checking tracking info almost daily, requesting approximate date of delivery. On 2-6-24, email from Premier Trust Store, sent tracking indicating it was in transit. Inquired again on 2-8-24 and Premier tracking thread indicated package delivered on

1-25-24. Found out it was shipped by JS Express. Both Premier Trust Store and JS Express request a one dollar charge and they will connect me to someone who can help me. Tried calling Children Cloth Shop and number on website is no good. Sent email to Premier Trust Store requesting refund. Their response was to provide written proof or confirmation from courier that package was lost or undelivered and they offered a gift card equivalent up to 50% off the product cost as a gesture of good will. This is a total scam, in my opinion. I have contacted my bank and filled out the necessary paperwork to hopefully get the charge reversed.
