This business is my daughter's pediatrician office. I advised this location that my daughter did not have private insurance and relied on state insurance. I told them in more than one occasion that she did not have that private insurance. Regardless of my numerous requests to remove that private insurance they kept billing them vs the state insurance and claims got denied. instead of reaching out to me as the parent to notify me they were having a billing issue with claims they insisted and now they are charging me 850 dollars. I was advised by an insurance agent of my daughters correct insurance that the office just had to resubmit the claims and that was advised to Taylor an employee of valley of the sun whom i was dealing with about this matter. Taylor said there was no need that the doctors had discussed the issue since they had similar issues with other patients and i was not going to receive a charge at all so i would have a 0 balance. fastforward to a month later and i am still being charged and now even with interest and i am being advised that Taylor does not work there anymore and the information she gave me was wrong and that now they can't refile claims. I called UHC primary insurance and they said office should be able to. Upon reviewing reviews for this place outside of their own website ; i ran into people who have also been through the same fraudulent activities.
