I have emailed, messaged on TIK TOK, messaged their website, their virtual assistant never responded, I messaged on instagram as well. I have tagged them in comments on TIK TOK . Many others had same issue. My order was placed 8/16/23 and they have sent me tracking but says shipping label was printed but this has never been shipped. my order number was *****. They dont provide a phone number or address at all anywhere.
